Wiper and True

We have four bottles from this Bristol based brewery, which started in 2012 as a gypsy brewery before getting settled into their own kit. Instantly recognisable for their white labels and gold artwork with a different symbol for each style (see Elephants for their pales and IPAs).

Winter Palace, Imperial Stout, 9.1% ABV
Rich, roasted tones including bitter chocolate, molasses, dark fruit and coffee which combine to create a luscious, silky imperial stout.

Quintet No.15, IPA, 6.7% ABV
Made with an ever-changing combination of five hops, a beer of immense character, flavour and depth. This brew of Quintet has fresh juiciness from Mosaic, bright citrus from Palisade and Bravo, with Equinox and Columbus adding an intriguing savoury element.

Plum Pudding, Porter, 6.9% ABV
Rich, dark malts brewed with the addition of dried fruits, cinnamon and lemon zest. Caramelised sugar and winter fruit flavours combine to a toasted finish.

Small Beer No.18, 2.7% ABV
Vibrant with citrus, tropical fruit and berry flavours meandering to a gentle bitter finish.
